“Crazy” is Madonna’s Lisbon love song: an accordion opens it, plucked strings carry it, and she sings in Portuguese.
The Song
The track opens with an accordion solo and moves on plucked strings, with verses sung in Portuguese — a direct reflection of the city where the album was made.
On Stage
It was performed on the Madame X Tour.
