A warning to a neglectful lover, set to a strutting groove and a saxophone solo.
The Song
Written by Madonna before she went into the studio, “Think of Me” tells a lover to pay attention before it’s too late. The saxophone solo gives it a sound rooted in early-1980s New York R&B and dance music.
