Confessions II

Madonna’s forthcoming Confessions II, expected on 3 July 2026, looks set to reopen the dance floor as both archive and reinvention. Framed as a sequel to 2005’s Confessions on a Dance Floor, the project appears to reconnect Madonna with the continuous-mix format and the euphoric club architecture that made the original such a defining chapter in her career. With early signs pointing to new material including I Feel So Free and the Sabrina Carpenter collaboration Bring Your Love, Confessions II suggests a 2020s Madonna who is not simply revisiting her past, but reworking it under fresh lights.
